Flos | IC Pendant Ceiling Light – Black / S1

What appears to be a delicate, modern light is so much more than that at the hand of designer Michael Anastassiades, whose love of industrial simplicity is as profound as his technical skill.
Named for IC, which is the reference to the identity code used to evaluate immigrants entering the UK—the designer makes a commanding statement with a nod to the balancing act that immigrants perform when they enter a new community.
This fixture consists of a thin steel frame that twists and bends at an angle. From there, a blown-glass opaline orb delicately balances.
