We admit it: we had no idea that Portugal had such a robust history of cutlery craftsmanship. But after one look at Cutipol products, it was clear that pairing artisanal traditions with modern technology allowed the designer to create some of the finest modern pieces we’ve seen. Goa (also known as Lola) is made from stainless steel with resin handles. Cutipol is made by a family-owned business in the village of Sao Martinho de Sande.
The depth of the handle color will vary as they are made of resin, which can be more or less pigmented from batch to batch.

Made In: Portugal
Material: 18/10 stainless steel, Resin handle
Dimensions: 11.5″L
Product Care:
After each use, wash the cutlery in warm water and mild detergent. Avoid using detergents with chlorine or anti-limestone agents.
Handwash When hand washing your CUTIPOL cutlery, avoid using abrasive cloths or scrubs. Be sure to wash off any food remains as soon as possible after use.
Dishwasher If washing your cutlery in a dishwasher, make sure that at the end of cycle the flatware pieces are completely dry. Hand dry them with soft cloth, if still wet. Minimize contact of the flatware with the dishwasher steam. Remove the cutlery from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle has finished and wipe each item with a dry soft cloth, even if the item looks dry.
Knife Blades Take extra care with knife blades. Knife blades are made of 420 steel to give them more cutting power and hardness. This means they are less resistant to oxidation. Make sure they are washed straight after use and well dried before putting them away. They should be kept in a dry place.
These sets are dishwasher safe. In order to maintain the handles for a longer period of time, apply a common use moisturizer lotion.
