Coltellerie Berti | Ox Horn Handle Carving Fork

COLTELLERIE BERTI makes handmade knives by skilled artisans using the same manufacturing techniques and materials that were used since 1895. Each knife is taken from start to finish by the same artisan and as a symbol of their pride each blade bares his or her initials.
These knives are forged steel with anchored tangs and whole ox horn handles. Made by hand by skilled artisans each knife is a masterpiece in and of itself. The color and hue of the ox horn is a product of the animals diet and nutrition which makes it impossible to have two handles of the same color or flaming. For this reason no 2 handle colors will be the same and the ones purchased will vary from the ones pictured.
