Flos | Viscontea Pendant Light

It’s hard not to stand under the Viscontea Pendant Light and wonder what kind of glorious transformation is happening beneath the surface.
Designed in the 1960’s by the Castiglioni brothers, this cocoon-like structure suggests transformation and offers a glowing diffused light.
The internal steel structure is coated with white powder and sprayed with a unique “cocoon” resin to create the diffuser, almost as a spider weaves its own web. The result is a stunningly stark yet natural looking light for any residential or commercial space.
