Renaissance Maiolica Motif Tie, Red from The Met Museum

Based on a decorative motif from a maiolica bowl (ca. 1520) in The Met collection, our tie design in lustrous silk twill evokes the splendor of famous tin-glazed earthenware from Castel Durante, a renowned maiolica center in the Marche region of Italy.
